Lenovo ThinkPad X240 laptop - Uknown devices in device manager

There are some missing device drivers after a clean install of Windows 10 22H2 on a ThinkPad X240 laptop. (Model 20AM005CUK)

I thought I'd write a quick blog post with links to the driver files for this laptop. Hopefully, it will save you some time hunting for the drivers.
