Office 365 - How to redirect messages using an Exchange online transport rule and BCC a copy of the message to a mailbox.

Exchange admin center

Mail flow - Rules - Add a rule

Mail flow - Rules - Add a rule
Create a new rule
Name: Redirect and copy emails
Apply this rule if:
The recipient is email@yourdomain.com
Do the following:
Add recipients to the Bcc box email2@yourdomain.com
And
Redirect the message to these recipients email@otherdomain.com
Rule mode: Enforce
Click Finish
Click Done
Select the transport rule and enable it
