Disable "Let’s finish setting up your device" in Windows 11 using Registry and PowerShell

Windows 11 - How to use PowerShell to create registry value to disable the "Let's finish setting up your device" prompt

In Windows 11 you will keep getting prompted to finish setting up your device by connecting these Microsoft services: Windows Hello, Office 365, OneDrive etc

You can turn this notification in Windows settings or using a registry value

Disable "Let's finish setting up your device" in Windows settings

Settings - System - Notifications

Untick "Offer suggestions on how I can set up my device"

Disable "Let's finish setting up your device" using Registry

"Let's finish setting up your device" prompt can be enabled or disabled using this registry value

0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled

Disable "Let's finish setting up your device" using Registry and PowerShell

The following PowerShell will create the registry key and set the ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled value to 0

New-Item -Path "HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement"
New-ItemProperty -Path "HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement" -Name "ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled" -Value 0 -Force
 

Disable "Let's finish setting up your device" using Group Policy (GPO)

I could not find a group policy or configuration setting to disable "Let's finish setting up your device". The only way I could find to do this was using the registry value.
